Care Concierge is the resource I wished existed — built by someone still in the field.

Why I built Care Concierge.
THE SHORT VERSIONÂ
During COVID, I watched clinicians struggle to find accessible, high-quality Live CEUs amidst an unprecedented healthcare crisis. They needed education that respected their time, reflected real clinical practice, and didn't add to their burnout.
I didn't set out to build a platform—I set out to solve a direct need for my peers.
HOW WE GOT HERE
- 2021: We officially secured credentialing from the Alabama Board of Social Work to begin offering free, Live courses via Zoom. To give social workers maximum flexibility to meet their licensure requirements, we recorded these live sessions and posted them to our library for asynchronous credit.
- 2024: We expanded our mission by earning approval from the Alabama Board of Nursing. We took on the administrative heavy lifting so our nurses didn't have to—including directly posting completed nursing hours to the ABN website.
To date, we have invested thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours to keep these live and recorded CEUs completely free for the healthcare community.
Care Concierge is the next chapter of that commitment. This platform is designed to allow our CEU program to become self-sustaining—ensuring our courses can pay for themselves without placing a financial burden on clinicians or relying on personal subsidies.
